CBT helps children and teens identify unhelpful thoughts and behaviors—and replace them with healthier ones. We use practical tools, visuals, and games to help younger kids understand how their mind and body connect.

In our practice

CBT is a foundational tool we integrate across all specialties—from helping a child cope with illness-related fears to supporting teens who feel overwhelmed by perfectionism. Parent involvement is encouraged for younger clients.
